Book Your Session


  • I'll send you the contract via email attachment or online link
  • View and sign online or print, sign and send in the mail when you're ready
  • 50% non-refundable retainer of the collection price + applicable travel fees + 5.5% sales tax due upon signing to reserve the time and date of your session.
  • Pay online or send via check in the mail
  • Once signed and payment is received, you're booked, and I will send you a signed copy of the contract

SESSION PLANNING


  • Via email, phone, or video chat we'll discuss details and what you're envisioning for your photos
  • For weddings, we'll go over details, timeline suggestions, locations, special touches for your day.
  • For portrait sessions, we'll go over locations and color palette

FINAL DETAILS


  • For weddings, I'll request a final timeline and a shot list for family / group photos a few weeks before the big day
  • For portrait sessions we'll finalize locations, time, place and outfits a week prior

PICTURE DAY


  • Meet at the confirmed location(s) and take some awesome photos
  • Remaining balance + 5.5% sales tax due - pay via check, online or same day with cash.

IMAGE DELIVERY


  • A link of your password protected gallery of all your stunning photos along with digital print release will be sent to your email
  • View, download and share with loved ones
  • Optional professional print ordering through your gallery
  • Delivered 3-8 weeks after portrait session or 6-10 weeks after your wedding
